Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and original packaging.

To start a return contact, us at rusticoakinfo06@gmail.com, You are responsible for your own shipping label.  We will send instructions on where to send the package. Items that are sent back to use without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

If your package is damaged during transit, we are NOT responsible.

Refunds/Exchanges

We only issue store credit for returns 

 All Sale Items are final
